Hey there! I’m Traci Howell, founder and CEO of Victory Assistants, and the person who makes your marketing run smarter while you focus on what actually matters.

I’ve spent 16+ years in digital marketing, content strategy, and business growth, helping entrepreneurs like you streamline, automate, and scale—without the stress. But what makes me different from every other marketing strategist out there?

I don’t just do marketing. I get my clients—because I’m one of you.

As a trained Raindrop Technique Massage practitioner, I’ve worked closely with holistic health coaches and wellness brands. I understand the power of natural healing and know exactly how to craft messaging that connects deeply with the people who need your services.

I’m also a quilter and crafter with my own business, Little Bits of Nothing—where “Little Bits of Nothing Become Something.” That means when I work with quilters, crafters, and DIY creatives, I’m not just a marketing pro—I’m someone who understands your world, your audience, and what makes your business unique.

And as a Christian business owner, I deeply align with faith-based entrepreneurs who want to grow their businesses with integrity, purpose, and heart. Whether you're running a ministry-based brand, a faith-driven coaching business, or a purpose-filled creative business, I’m here to help you spread your message effectively while keeping your values front and center.
